Drop in range after service

I took the car to get serviced. They had to reset the computer. Now my range is almost half. It's this normal? Is it going to go back to normal? Any ideas?

What range do you get? Do you have a 100/90/75D?

I never got more than about 125 miles for my 75D charged to 90% and down to around 10%. I am also wondering if something happened after my car has been with the SC for about 2 months to fix factory issues that it came with when it was brand new!

We need much more info if you really want help. What were you getting before. now. what vehicle.

Over 270 before and a little over 180 after, 100kw battery

Also, when using navigation and it estimates the charge level at destination, it keeps dropping. Driving style and temperature has not changed much if any.

I am afraid nothing much you can do about it. Something does seemed to have happened at the SC because I report the same thing. However, I barely had my car with me the first few months as it sat at the SC for months, so I don't have a lot of data to compare.
