I have a Dryer Buddy #4 which I no longer have use for. Briefly it's a splitter that plugs into a 30-amp dryer outlet and then has slots for both a 30-amp dryer and the NEMA 14-50 adapter that comes with Teslas. Note that you still are limited to 24 amp charging. This is really useful if you have an old dryer outlet in the garage like I did, and it's a lot cheaper than having a new receptacle installed.

Dryer Buddy™
I bought mine about 18 months ago and it does not contain a meter. The new ones are going for over $200.
Asking $125 including shipping.
