Have you tried using coffee grinds? Something similar happened to my barber. She left a gallon of milk in the trunk for a few days. Said the coffee grinds trick worked.

Yes. Baking soda. Coffee grounds. And just this last weekend removed it fully and soaked the bottom in distilled white vinegar.

Try some Nature's Miracle. Usually can be found in pet stores or online. I haven't tried personally on milk, but it works wonders on most other odors.
