dumb math question... how much did I pay per kwh?

I'm over thinking this, and thought I had figured it out a month ago...

charged at condo charger:
charge received 14.12kwh
charge time 1'50" mins
charge cost $3.58
and finally receipt mentions $1.95 per hour

I wanna input the cost i paid per kwh into my tesla app for home location, is it $3.58/ 14.12 = 0.25 ?

Rates vary by state and off peak charging rates are lower than peak charging rates. I think compared to rates we pay in California even in our home chargers you are getting a good deal. Be happy

That looks correct; cost of charge / energy received. It appears that where you charged, bills by time and not kWh. 1 hour 50 minutes = 1.833333. At $1.95/hr, that's 1.83333 * 1.95 = $3.575 or rounded up, $3.58 which is what you paid.

To answer your question, using your numbers... At the end of your charge session, even tho you paid by time, you paid the equivalent of 25 cents per kWh.
