Open and close the charge port door around a dozen times and the APS will turn back on. I can't remember the exact number of times it takes.

If you have OVMS, you can unlock remotely.

Would that work even if the APS is switched off? Doesn't the OVMS need the 12V power from the switchpack?

Something makes me believe that Tesla keeps the diagnostic lines / can bus live which I believe OVMS gets its power since VMS / VDS is still running when APS is inhibited.
