Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho/Western Montana no longer have a Mobile Service Technician

Just got off the phone with Tesla Service in Bellevue. Apparently Hector; the Mobile Service Technician for Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, and Western Montana; is no longer assigned to the region, and Tesla is still working on hiring/reassigning a technician.

So, if you're waiting for mobile service in those areas, you might be waiting a while.

Yup -- they're looking to staff up pretty seriously here, which is great. Bummer to lose Hector. He helped replace a tail light with condensation and another random trip out or two.

Stopped by this morning. Fresh paint on the building but no signage (Tesla or Realtor).
Looks promising to me.

Great News.

Hector is still in Spokane! Apparently he was going to be transferred to Seattle but was told to stay and help set up the new service center.
I talked to him today and got a quick tour of the building. It's huge with 9 tall bays and one smaller one. They will be using only three of the bays to start but already have chargers, tire machines, an alignment machine and one lift (second lift not yet delivered).
Hector expects to open with regular hours and 3 technicians in about 2 months.

Yay! No more trips to the east side for service.
