Easy way to disable seat belt on center pedestal seat 2017.

Well, I guess no one has run into this issue?

I decided to figure it out. I first pulled the floor board, but there is only one harness in the floor for the center seat. Couldn’t find the belt receptacle wires there.

I took off the back cover, and all the wires and module are there.

Found the receptacle wires. They actually measure 100ohm when latched and 400ohm when unlatched. I see other manufacturers do this also to get a true reading.

got some resistors to mimic the 400ohm and now the easy entry works again with the car seat installed and buckled in.

hope this may help anyone in the future.
