Eaton Level 2 Charger

My home was a builder's model and the builder had installed an Eaton Level 2 Charger (the house has 60 solar panels for electric with 2 Eaton inverters). The charger is on a 20 foot cable and has this type of end, and I am trying to learn if it can be used with the Tesla with some type of adopter. It looks like this:

Can't tell if that's a J1772 by that picture, can you take a picture sideways?

If you're driving an S or X, Tesla includes the J1772 to Tesla adapter. That normally would plug into one end of the charger and the other end plugs into the charging port.
 
Note to Broker: Correct procedure is adapter into Tesla, then charging handle into adapter.
Wow, that sounds very...authoritative. That is not how Tesla says to do it, so perhaps you should be a little cautious about giving such a supposed correction. In the charging video from Tesla (at 4 minutes in), it shows that you attach the adapter onto the J1772 cable, and then plug it into the charge port.

In reality, it makes no difference either way.
