Would it be possible to design say a commercial fishing boat to run on battery power with solar for days or weeks? Leaving the deck open for equipment and the crew to move around on

It's on the video (lower down on the page) "1 hour at full speed, 2-3 hours at 20 mph, and all day at 6-8 mph".

2 - 50 KW motors, 80 KWH battery, so I guess the motors are max'd out at 40 KW (?) for full speed

When on the water would the cybertruck have to abide by Coast Guard and Maritime laws? Would you need to have life jackets on board? Would you have to have boater registration numbers either on the truck or on the pontoons. Would you need Red lights on portside and green lights on starboard side of the truck?
