Ze zijn nog steeds in de eerste faze (geld). De tweede (nadenken over klanten) is er nog niet. Voorbeeldje : de pakjesbezorgers hebben een vaste vergoeding; géén incentive om ze ook echt te bezorgen. En dus steken er velen standaard het kaartje in de bus : je was niet thuis... zonder zelfs een poging te doen om aan te bellen.
