Nobody expects The Gnomish Inquisition!
Yes but that because almost no one knows what it is (except for a select few WoW geeks)
Edit: This is the follow up joke.
There's also this that came out a few days ago:
So, there's the Model 3 reveal part and a new product unveiling that may be related, but not exclusive, to the Model 3.
I'm surprise M3 part 2 comes so quickly, it's not going to be the final unveiling, there will be more in the future....
Maybe there is no final unveiling, they are really going to make 100 to 200k cars just like that...
They must have something to show, or there would have been no reason to delay the announcement from Monday to Wednesday. Possible they are only showing it to their invited media?
The "show" could be done via a video that is released along with the press release. The extra couple of days could have been needed to refine / finalize the video.
Well, with over 400,000 reservations, I suspect trying to stream the event would break the Internet. Or at least a few servers.
Did the main Model 3 page always state that production was going to start mid-2017? I wasn't paying attention...
See "YouTube Live".
Gotta be Tesla glass, it'll be a key feature of the Model 3, but will introduced to the S and X as of, sometime soon I would think!
nah, the first reveal would have broken it.
i think this tactic was to eliminate leaks and keep the element of surprise.
Exxagerate much? Do you know how many people are watching HD or even 4k streaming pornography at this very moment? I can tell you with certaintiy that it's fare more than 400,000 persons. And the internet does not break.
So, this is likely to just be a blog post on their site and probably a video or two. Interesting, but a bit boring.
I still have not found a link to watch it any one help please
400'000 people?? That's probably how many Trump alone has open at this time!
I hate it when people type in all caps but this seems to be appropriate:
THERE IS NO STREAM/FEED/LIVE ANYTHING.
At 5pm Tesla will post a blog update and Elon will hold a 30 minute Q&A with journalists. There is no indication that will be available in real time to the public. Then the journalists will rush to post their stories online and no doubt make a number of factual errors.
I think it possible that Tesla will release a video online about the new "product", whatever it is. It may appear on this page Updates | Tesla
Best guess is this is going to be a blog post on Tesla's website, maybe with a video link to a pre-recorded presentation if we are lucky. So might pop up here in a few minutes: Updates | Tesla
Sort of like the best shower setting: hot, but a bit cold.
