Elon Musk is apparently serious about launching a tunnel digging company to reduce traffic in cities

The MTA is looking to get into a PPP (Public Private Partnership) to get a tunnel built for either rail, or cars, or both, under the Sepulveda pass. Thats where Elon drives on his way to work. No better place to start than right there!
