Yes, he's said that many times in the past couple of years. I'm glad he's sticking to that schedule.
That interview was in October 2015. Not new.

Did anyone notice he was actually ahead of schedule on something!?! This was in October and he said in 12 months he hopes to land the rocket. Well.....November, December.....pretty good!
