Hopefully, it won’t just be produced for the European market. A small electric pickup would sell really well in the States too. We’ll start by saying Tesla CEO Elon Musk is extremely optimistic. It seems he always has some new idea. Some people doubt his comments since some of his ideas fizzle out and are... READ FULL ARTICLE
I always thought its but ugly but i still want one. Perfect value and just dont want a rivian/nikola which looks like all the other pickups
European gas prices are insane (>4x US), and roads are very narrow. Potential big market for a small electric pickup.
Petrol prices are about 1.45E litre / 98 octane. The Autoroutes are no difference in size that Interstates. But again, service locations are few and far between. I also wish it would fit in my garage so I don't have to clear snow and ice off it in the winter, and bird crap on the other seasons. The vault cover won't be sliding open with a buildup of ice on it.
You can have a 14-50 or wall charger installed just inside the garage door and then run the cable under the garage door. Plenty of length to get to the rear of the truck and nothing to install outside.
