Hopefully, it won’t just be produced for the European market. A small electric pickup would sell really well in the States too. We’ll start by saying Tesla CEO Elon Musk is extremely optimistic. It seems he always has some new idea. Some people doubt his comments since some of his ideas fizzle out and are...

Why European market? You never see pick up trucks here in Europe.

European gas prices are insane (>4x US), and roads are very narrow. Potential big market for a small electric pickup.

Petrol prices are about 1.45E litre / 98 octane.
The Autoroutes are no difference in size that Interstates.
But again, service locations are few and far between.
If you get a Tesla in Nice (Villeneuve Loubet), you have to go all the way to Aix-en-Provence for service.
    A 2 hour drive.
    Not even tempted.
Tesla opened a "showroom" in Montecarlo in 2009 only to close it 2 years later.
I'm waiting for an Electric MINI when they can double the 200 km range.

That’s 3.8x more than US gas prices.
At that price, a FSD Tri CT will pay for itself in gas savings within just 1/4 of the expected million-mile lifespan.

And European side roads are often MUCH narrower than anything you’ll find in the US.

Reserved a Cybertruk on the day it was announced... But would greatly prefer to actually own a smaller version.

Needs to fit inside the garage. So about 7’’ shorter would work great.

Why? It's a truck. And it's stainless steel. Driveway?

Valid points and I park my F150 in the driveway now. What I don't like is needing a charger outside. What are others doing or planning to do for charging?

Lots of current Tesla owners have HPWC outside. Not an issue at all.

I also wish it would fit in my garage so I don't have to clear snow and ice off it in the winter, and bird crap on the other seasons. The vault cover won't be sliding open with a buildup of ice on it.

You can have a 14-50 or wall charger installed just inside the garage door and then run the cable under the garage door. Plenty of length to get to the rear of the truck and nothing to install outside.
