All Tesla senior management has a relatively low salary vs the rest of the auto industry, though only Elon makes $1.

But all Tesla Senior management has performance based stock options potentially worth billions, obviously the bulk of that going to Elon.

As it should be, if Tesla does horribly then Elon makes $1. If he makes shareholders money hand over fist and greatly expands Tesla he deserves the $B.

What should be criminal is executives driving companies to bankruptcy and taking multi-million dollar bonuses.
