How do you figure? AWD cars were stated by Elon to be available 6-9 months after some date (either his tweet or after start of production). We're assuming now that date is 12/31/17 (this year) (from his lated tweet on the subject) which is 9 months (and one week lol) after his tweet about 6-9 months.

As I'd mentioned in the "Info and Hints from Elon Tweets" thread, Tesla can use the alien time-traveling transporter to go back in time. In this case, to 12/31/2016 and deliver the first AWD Model 3s.
