Email for delivery no contact delivery specialist

Have any of you who purchased a tesla experienced the website updating you more than the delivery specialist. I got an email today saying we'd like to schedule you Wednesday or Thursday for delivery yet no call, email, text, etc from the delivery specialist?

I know this is an old thread but my experience with Tesla delivery “specialist” has been horrible. I’m not sure what value they add, my Los Angeles delivery “specialist” has been unhelpful during this whole ordering & delivery experience. They do not reach out, I have to constantly reach out to them.
 
I did not have the same experience as your having. I’m in WA and had a good experience with the Bellevue location. For the money your spending and not being treated how you should, I’d pick up the phone and speak with the manager. Buying a Tesla should be an all smiles transaction.
