eMMC repair

Anyone had their eMMC replaced recently? How did it go? My parts are on order. Curious how long it is taking for the replacement parts to come in?

Does Tesla provide loaners or is it time to get a rental? The service center offered Uber coupons... not interested in riding in an Uber during a pandemic. With no turn signals, I don't want to take the car back.

I had the daughter board replaced a couple weeks before they announced the extended warranty for it. My MCU1 completely died so I had to get it replaced. Prior to that they did clear the map tiles, etc., but it eventually died completely. If yours dies while waiting for the part, remember that the turn signals do still work. You just won’t hear the clicks. No heat is the bigger concern.

My heat worked, turn signals did not work. Verified from outside the car. Changing lanes on 520 on the way to the service center was a little awkward with the carpool lane. They also deleted everything, working OK for now.
