The initial connectivity of the mobile app to my car became significantly slower after one of the upgrades. I turned the energy saver mode off yesterday as a test and the mobile connection time returned the previous quick response.

When your car is in energy saving mode, it is basically asleep like your laptop, desktop, etc. It takes a few seconds for it to wake up and to bring all systems online.
