Energy use profile

    Last week when I was down in the flatlands for the first time I was surprised to see how "boring" the energy use profile was. I had gotten used to the typical mountain profiles I see when driving at home:

    ^ A 30 mile energy per mile plot of driving to and from my home.

    It occurred to me that the relatively flat lines I saw last week are probably more typical for many Model S drivers than my usual ones. Those simple flatland profiles sure would allow easier projections of range when traveling long distance!
