Model 3s make various noises at various times, including running cooling loops etc, so in general, strange noises are "normal".

The car will be loud especially when supercharging in hot weather. All normal.

One day my coworker can up to me and said "your car sounds like it's running". I said "it's always running, probably just running the cabin protection fans."
