Engine noise - is this normal?

My M3 is one week old. I just noticed this buzzing noise shortly after turning the car on. It sounds like I clipper from the barbershop.

I wonder if this is normal.

It's louder behind the right from wheel.

Like @tpham07 wrote, turn off the climate control. I bet it stops. My S sounds similar, but settles down in a few minutes.
Every summer there are complaints that the Tesla A/C is very loud. This was a very hot summer here in Houston and I've noticed a lot of ICE cars with their A/C on sitting in parking lots. They're every bit as loud, I have to admit.

I believe its the little man in the fender that drives the scale model 3 that we were all supposed to get.

I didn't get a scale model...so....I don't have a little man to make that noise.

It is normal to have a fan\AC running but I don't think mine has the metal scraping sound like that. Kind of sounds like a bad bearing to me.

I can confirm it's the AC

Noise goes away when it is off.

I've left message with tesla support.
