Glad I took this at face value heading south last week and skipped CR southbound.
We did top up on our return trip (almost all the chargers were in use), wish we’d used the hotel facilities as the path to the main services was rather muddy and a nasty road crossing- and then their toilets were being refurbished as it was portakabin toilets outside anyway
