@MXWing there is a prepaid service plan available for the X? Where?
Don't believe they are available yet for the X, lots of us are waiting for it.
Annual service prepaid is avaliable now isn't it?
That's something that would impact the filter replace and not the ESA ( extended service agreement)?
The two carbon filters is stock. It comes with the X regardless of PUP or non-PUP.Wait, there is a catch. This doesn't include the carbon filter s that mentioned in PUP which eliminate odors
Sweet. I look forward to hearing when you get it installed. I called my SC and they told me it could be a while. Almost a month.Ordered it today. Will see at which speed it reaches the SC and how long they'll ask to install it.

This is consistent with what my OA just told me. Then, here is the question: are they working now on every car? do we even need the HEPA if we just want to avoid the bad fume and odors? The two carbon filters is stock. It comes with the X regardless of PUP or non-PUP.
Last I heard the prepaid and extended aren't available yet. People asking the SC and them not knowing.
Anyone please correct me if I am wrong.

Mine work fine, it's mostly the software that's the problem. When in auto, it takes a while for it to detect the fumes and switch to recirculating. Honestly, depending on the life of the filters I would just run it constantly. This is consistent with what my OA just told me. Excuse me , so my question was, for non-PUP/HEPA cars, since they still have the carbon purification filters, do these filters work all the time?Mine work fine, it's mostly the software that's the problem. Yes, like most vehicles, air passes through the filters for cabin air. The two carbon filters are used all of the time, at least it's what I've been told by OA and SC. It's kind of misleading on the website.Excuse me , so my question was, for non-PUP/HEPA cars, since they still have the carbon purification filters, do these filters work all the time?
