It kind of makes me wonder if Tesla might start doing a la carte feature sales...allowing you to add different FSD features individually.

I thought so too but a subscriptions model would make sense. It’s how the world works now. I wish they would bring back EAP. They will get more revenue than current 10k

Neither. I am happy with what I got in autopilot. Since EAP or FSD is not transferrable, I will sell my MY in 2-3 years and get another Tesla (cybertruck or compact Tesla). Hopefully, by that time, FSD is more mature and won't be more than a $10k option--assuming Tesla just keeps hiking the price of it.

They transfer WITH THE CAR.
You can't transfer the licenses to a different car.
