Do Tesla's have an EPA sticker
Need to show the EPA in order to import it into the States?
Should be located on the window sticker!
as in on the windshield? part of the process of importing a car to USA, i need the EPA (emissons)
and the DOT (transportation, which is located in the driver door)
No the cars original window sticker with the list of vehicle's options!
You're thinking of this one, right?
Locating the Vehicle Emissions Label | Importing Vehicles and Engines into the United States | US EPA
That's not in the usual spot as there is no engine! What did Tesla have to say when you asked?
my Canadian 70D came with a window sticker showing all the car's included options, the % Cdn parts content, etc, plus this EnerGuide label in the corner EnerGuide Label for Vehicles | Natural Resources Canada
is this what you're looking for?
I believe you want to ask for this:
Monroney sticker - Wikipedia
The only EPA sticker I have seen on my Tesla is on the trunk lid, check near the latch.
I don't have this! i got the car from a Salvaged Auction site
thanks i'll have to take a look, car is parked 30 mins away from me!
I would think its that? i need this info for an import into USA, i'm assuming it needs to be on the car. or else anyone could print off a document or and submit something false
According to Tesla: "Emission Control Label The emission control label is located on the opening face of the liftgate."
If it's not there you will have to contact them to obtain one.
Yup its there!!! Unfortunately, it doesn't matter to me! I can't import the car to the states cause of its Salvage title
