EPA Vehicle Data

    @Jeff N was kind enough to supply the link of a web page that holds the raw data of fuel economy and emissions for car on the roads in the US. This is the repository that fueleconomy.gov (eventually) uses.

    Model 3 is not up yet, but I presume any day now.
    The entire database is about 15 MB, listed under 'Download the Vehicle Data' in CSV or XML format. I found the data I wanted in columns from AU onward. Sorting by AU and AV made it easy to find the Teslas in the pile.

    My understanding is that Tesla has been notified of EPA's intention to test the car, so the official numbers are pending. That does not preclude a Monroney sticker; in fact I think it is still required, based on manufacturer provided results.
