Anyone had this error before,

Error GTW-w021​

I was unable to open car via fob or app. Car seemed to be awake because I was able to flash lights via app controls. Just got a tow to SC. Will post here agin if anyone has or will get error. Only way I got such warning was by asking roadside assistance what the error was.

History shows others have gotten the error. Car was towed to Tesla in those cases. I don't see any posting of resolutions. Let us know what it is please.

My best guess is issues with your thermal controller

Hey yes and no, car was towed to Tesla, Tesla service had to practically break into car. They hooked up to car that was dead but had some connection to cloud. They pulled car apart and were unable to find what caused the issue. Tesla service number stated it was a main battery code, but tesla serice by me denied. Since it has not happened again. Sorry I was unable to help but I feel your pain. Let me know what they tell you.
