if you end up getting this message on your S when using your HPWC or other at home charger message if you are in Washington state and I can help. I just got done replacing the 2 mersen A50P50-4 fuses in my on-board charger and its working like normal again. Tesla wants to charge over $2700 to replace the charger as they dont consider it a serviceable item and won't just replace the fuses. I have a total of 4 fuses that I bought for back up as they are not in stock at any local electrical supply stores in Washington state. I can either sell to you at cost ($ 20 each ) or help you swap them out.
