Escalate TMC moderator disagreement

I have an ongoing concern about posts that are against TMC rules to a couple of threads. I have attempted to address these concerns with the TMC moderator who is most active on these threads, both by raising them in the thread, and via the site’s “report” feature. The concerns raised continue to be neglected. How do I escalate these concerns beyond the moderator looking after these threads?
