Etched Waterspots on PPF....any suggestions?

I have XPEL PPF + ceramic coating on my car and recently made the stupid mistake of washing it with a garden hose. It wasn't washed in the sun, but I did let blow most of the water out, however leaving some to air dry in my garage. It's on my hood as well as the 2 fenders.

My detailer told me the only way he knew is to replace the PPF, which is costly. I'll do it if there's no other option, but does any one have recommendation on anything that won't damage the PPF or ceramic coating?

I read of vinegar + water solution on paint, but not sure if it will work on PPF + ceramic coating.

I would contact the manufacturer of the ceramic coating and the PPF and ask each of them how to remove the water spots. I would also ask each of them since the products were professionally installed, if the efforts to remove do not work, would they cover the cost of the replacement under warranty.
