the status of my order (VIN 34818) just changed to "The Tesla Factory is building your Model S". how exciting!

Finalized today. S85, black, tech, sensors, winter. Everything else as standard. Parcel shelf was originally added but is now standard on european vehicles.
July chosen as delivery month. I'll take anything before September as a bonus...

6 days to delivery... In the meantime, I just noticed that not only the parcel shelf I paid €200 for is now a free option, but the price of the Type 2 cable dropped from €450 to €160.

You got it cheap, I paid 390 EUR for the parcel shelf. After 6 days the price will be irrelevant anyways, you'll be too busy enjoying the car to worry about the price.

Where is your delivery? I've read in the German forum about someone with recent delivery there who was reimbursed the price difference of the cable.

I am scheduled to take delivery on the 11th in Tilburg. I'd be interested to know more about this refund

Picked up the car yesterday. Just got home after a 1,600 km drive. I love it. I'll write a detailed post after I get some sleep. I wanted to mention that Tesla offered to refund the price difference without me asking.

Expected delivery date end of december 2014.

Ordered a blue Model S 85 / Panoramic roof / Grey Napa leather seats / Piano / dual chargers / techpack / parking sensors / high fidelity sound system / interior lighting - default 19" rims...
I never looked foreward to xmas as i do now ;-)
