EU finalize and deliveries

Hi fellow Europeans order holders,
Short update following my conversation with the Tesla rep, he is stating that as my order is in the system, order will be fulfilled end of 2022. He is also, for what it's worth, explaining that the model S we will receive will be slightly different from the one today (potentially 4 wheel turn, double-glazed windows, 4680 batteries).

That's pure science fiction ! This Tesla rep is just taking his suppositions for reality...

April fools? Most Tesla reps know less than this forum.

There is already double glazed windows even in model 3 and y and S got them in the refresh.

Only different I expect is ccs change, the leaked new lights and that’s it. Rear wheel steering more likely then 4680 though.

Same letter to me in Switzerland... It doesn't makes me feeling better. Don't forget that writing that deliveries to Europe will START in the second part of 2022 means that any delivery could be up to the end of December 2022 !

Hmm, MF = model year 2021 and Fremont, so they have been making them for a while, NF (N=2022) is currently delivered in US, or mostly at least.

Also, difficult to guess if it was actually EU delivery or someone personally purchased in USA and shipped it to Europe.

The model X in Norway is registered on Tesla, and has updated charge door, probably for CCS. So it’s not a private import, it’s Tesla.

At least we're seeing some progress... Real car in Europe w/ what looks like CCS. Who's calling his SA to see if there is some update ? End of 2022 is still far away from now let's hope it will slightly improve

Yes, that's my take as well, and test of the new charge port with CCS. Keeping my fingers cross of a delivery before summer. Otherwise, I'll think I have to cancel, due too tax changes in Sweden.

I will keep fingers crossed for you! Funny fact that in Poland we don't have any incentives for "expensive" electric cars, only Model 3 SR+ is catching this level.

That’s what’s changing in Sweden, incentives is removed for Evs above a certain price. So my alternative now for a large family car will be a used fossil car. Too bad.

Same here in France, no incentive when car price is over 60k€.
