Europe Roadster adapter to Typ2-connector for use 43kW-charger

Can I use chademo with loadster charging with these connectors?
Use is in Japan. Please tell me how to do it. There are a lot of jdemo communication errors these days...

I got to this thread searching for solutions to charge in europe with type-2 chargers. I recently saw a swap of the roadster charge port to a type-2 port. It looked clean and seemed to work. It was reversible to preserve originality, and as good as hcsharp's solution is, not having to add an external adapter that can get stolen, I think is even better. Why haven't these been done more often? Is it just that there hasn't been an easy solution for people to implement, or are there potential downsides I wasn't told about? Would anyone be interested in a pre-made solution for this? How much would you pay for it?
