European Model SR/SR+ - How are chargers configured? 32a?

A question for our European brethren:

For SR/SR+ vehicles here in the US, they only have two of the three 16a chargers, so they can only do 32a of charging. Is this similar in Europe and so one of the three phases is completely unused (so two phases on three phase charging used at 16a, and the other unused?) - or did they do something different where they populate all three chargers but then software limit them to 10.6 amps or something but equal across all three phases?

I am curious how they are configured!

I am surprised. No, I have installed a Tesla Wall Connector at home with a three phase connection and all three phases are working. In The Netherlands that means 3 x 230V x 16A = 11kW charging power.
