Great to see some more SCs in Croatia. I am going via Zagreb and Slavonski Brod around 8th-9th and 22nd of July, so both Zagreb/Rugvica and Slavonski Brod SCs will save me time/hassle (I have requested an ELEN charging card, but the delivery is somewhat delayed).

Do anyone know how the construction work is progressing, or if there is any planned opening dates?

Dear Kjetil, still the same situation. Rugvica, near Dugo Selo (near Zagreb) is still not finished and Slavonski Brod has even started to be constructed yet.

Tesla ownership sure does make one inclined to travel more.

I assume you will visit Nord Cap while your are close. I sure enjoyed Bjørn's video of his trip there, prior to any northern superchargers. When he reached the first supercharger on his trip back home, he ran to it and hugged it.

Maybe arrange a trip to New Zealand with Tesla rental after they get the southmost supercharger installed? Then you may be the only person to charge at both the most northern and southern superchargers.
