EV credit retrospect for lease contract

I know previously when Tesla vehicles were still eligible for the Federal EV tax credit, since the lessee cannot get the incentive directly, Tesla will pass along the incentive, by subtracting the amount of the credit from the vehicle's price to calculate the lease payment.

For now, I have put down the order and selected the lease option, submitted the credit application, and have all the payment terms/numbers determined. What if later this year, the new EV tax credit passed and the Model Y sold after 05/24 is eligible for the $7,500 credit again, since the lease contract has been signed without recognizing the tax credit, how Tesla will pass along that credit to me? or it will pocket the $7,500 as extra profit?
