EV Friendly Apartments and communities

While looking through the Charge Point app I found a heavy concentration of free chargers not far from me. I decided to check it out and pickup some free energy. What a surprise! It is a new apartment complex where every car port and roof has solar panels and they have 4 EV chargers under each section.

I decided to check the place out, it was very cool. Every home has a battery box (not Tesla unfortunately) and the whole community runs on solar. Their plan when finished is to have over 100 EV charging stations and for now they are free to all.

It is right across from a training facility for local professional soccer teams which is also fully solar.

I would love to hear about more communities like this!

Yes, enough for two days of power in case of an outage.
