    Hello guys,
I've gotten my car delivered on the 15th and started the application online.
But when I try to upload license, registration and loan agreement the website does not allow me. Even after I click on the upload button, it still shows up as 'documents required', not 'document uploaded' at the top.

I tried different web browsers; chrome, safari and edge but no luck. Did anyone figure this out? or is it just me having this problem...?

    thanks!

I do recall there being something wonky in the UI. Might have to have an extension on the file (so license.jpg) not license. Keep trying!

I am having the same issue. I actually called and left messages and also emailed the Charge Up program. My documentation does have the extensions on the files. Did you get it to work?

I tried with different extensions (.png .jpeg .pdf) but none worked. I guess it's on their end. Still waiting for call back. I hope it resolves soon!

Yes they called and emailed. Got my docs uploaded. Delivered on the 11th so just in time. The program now states purchase/lease by 15th. Originally was supposed to have rebates for home chargers as well but my guess there's no more funding in the program due to the demand.

Has anyone got their rebate approvals recently? Just curious where we stand with the rebates for folks who were able to make it in time.

I received an approval Jan 5 but have not yet received the check. They are facing longer lead times on checks so may be the same for approvals. My approval took nearly two months.

Thanks, back in Jan I was told up by ChargeupNJ 55 days for approval and around 45 days for checks.

Checks are running up to 60 days from approval according to an email response I received last week.

Mine got approved on 2/12, but will be delayed a total of 150 days from then, so I guess I'll see it in a few months. Car was delivered to me on 12/15 and I think I applied on 12/18.

Mine got approved today and I had applied of Dec 22,2020. Same message here default time to issue check is 60 days however because of the high volume it can take up to 150 days. Most likely they miscalculated and ran out of money and are dipping into next year's funding.
