Anyone have or has had issues with EVOffer?

I canceled my order before the item shipped and they still shipped it. Terrible customer service. I am disputing the charges for the item.
They should be banned from this site!

What happened when you contacted them to return the item, or are you just trying to dispute the charges and keep the item?

My experience with them has always been that they will go above and beyond to correct issues even if they are not responsible for them, oftentimes providing multiple options.

I've never had an issue with them, they're 13hrs ahead so communications lag is understandable since our night time is their day time, but they always respond to me. Even during my install they answered all my questions and all my noob questions. For a company that's located in Asia (HK), response time and communication is above par in my books.

I usually give at least 2 business days (in their time) for any kind of response.

theyve been great with me. I had a c-clip fly off of one of the frunk struts and they mailed me 5 or 6 of them with no charge. they respond pretty quick on Telegram.

does anyone know if they have an installer in B.C. canada. In the okanagan region
