EV-specific tires

Engineering Explained has a good segment on what goes into a tire designed specifically for EVs.

It kinda feels like one long Hankook advert, but has some great technical content nonetheless.

I'm going to be looking for new tires for my model S this summer. I'm on my 2nd set of Bridgestone Turanza QUIETTRACKs which have been OK. Has anyone developed a favorite tire for their EV?

Any one running these EV specific tires or have used them comment if they are worth the extra cost.
I am considering going EV specific tires, mainly for road noise, but these tires are quite a bit more expensive than the standard ones.

Yesterday, after 11,745 miles, I replaced the four Continental tires that came with my 2021 Model Y (that had already worn down to 4/32" tread depth) with four Goodyear ElectricDrive GT. I had this done at Discount Tire as they had a sale with $110 off for a set of four, plus a $70 discount for being a veteran. The Goodyears have a 40,000 mile warranty.
