Every fire hydrant = traffic cone

Tesla's neural network is showing every fire hydrant I drive past as a traffic cone. It see's orange and assumes cone.

Tesla, if you are reading this, you still have a long ways to go.

This behavior is very similar to the first iteration of traffic cone display for HW3. Everything was a traffic cone. Soon enough they were seeing garbage cans and flagmen. Now they're figuring out how to cram it into AP2.5. Maybe it'll get better, maybe they're too processing speed/size limited. Our 3 shows traffic cones all over. Our X, AP2.0, still doesn't show them at all.

The car should not drive into either a fire hydrant or a cone, so I don't think the classification matters as much as the behavior in response to said classifications
