Thats great news, ive been waiting to see developments like this happen in western canada. Being that I work down town calgary where there is a push for more people to use the LRT I hope there will be parking benefits for EV's as well.

When in effect, it requires a plug in decal to use HOV. Given that Tesla is 100% plug in, do we still need a decal? Who issues the decal, the dealers?
