For those that may have a choice of service/ delivery centers, just my two cents that the folks at Tyco Road in NoVa are exceptional. Throughout my process, and during delivery, I found the team there exceptional. Superb communication, thoughtful responses, and accurate information. Perhaps one or two tweaks to take care of on my 85D that I just took delivery of on Aug 06, but as a service center, and as a professional face to Tesla, this is a great crew. Look forward to ordering my wife's Model X and having her experience the same...
My only caution, I took the Metro to the Spring Hill Station, and walked the two blocks to Tesla, along the way you pass Bentley, Astin Martin and McClaren dealers...Porsche and Mercedes too but other side of the road... Had to make a few stops to check out all the great looking ICE's I will never buy...sorry to the Tyco crew for being late!
