Executive rear seat exchange

I am looking to remove my 2015 model S executive rear seat and exchange it with a standard folding seat. The executive seats are far more comfortable. But for my needs, I wish for the rear seat to fold down. Looking to exchange with someone in the Minneapolis Minnesota area. Color black.
