Executive Rear Seat Removal - Replacement parts needed?

I am installing a subwoofer in my car. I found a manual I think that describes removing the center console of my executive second row. It talks about when putting seat back to replace the grommets? Is that needed or is that just because it should be done?

Has anyone ever removed an executive second row, am I in for any troubles with it?

did you find instructions on how to remove the executive rear seat? I'm just interested in removing the backs. Do you know if they can be removed separately?

I did not, I just found out I can fit the wire around the bolstering and was able to fish it up and behind the seat.
