Experience with in-house Body repair - Owings Mills

Has anyone used the in-house Tesla Body repair shop in Owings Mills? If so, how was the work? It says light damage, so not sure how much work they will do...

I had a great experience. Their work and communication was excellent. Annie Wolf handled the communication during the repair process and Kris Estrella did a stellar job navigating the challenges with the insurance company that paid for the damages. I live 2 hours away and was having trouble finding time to pick up my car, so they voluntarily drove my car to my home and dropped it off for not additional charge. Best body shop experience I've had.

So I have tried to contact them with no response so far. Did you have to initiate the repairs through email? That's what Body Shop Support at Tesla told me to do, but so far nothing but crickets.

Same here, I emailed them 7 days ago and have not been contacted. How have others scheduled their visit? Please share!

I had them do some delivery due bill fixes.
I initially contacted them using the email listed in Tesla’s body shop search:

However, other emails they show later on in my email threads list:

I probably have some phone numbers somewhere if I look through the paperwork and text messages...
