Travelling to UK via Stena Line from Hoek van Holland. Emails to their support confirms that they let you charge EVs for free though they suggest checking in as early as possible in order to ensure place (you can't reserve!)

Anyone had first/second-hand experience on charging on the ferry in question?

First hand experience: they have 2 type 2 chargers on board, 16A single phase. Reservations are not possible. If you arrive early you can also use one of the public chargers in Hoek van Holland, there should be some 3x16 (er even 32?) chargers around.

Thanks Daniel. Do I just tell the check in personnel that I would like to use the chargers and then they would guide me to the right place?
