Extension cord for dryer outlet.

My wiring for 14-50 in garage is derailed. In lieu I am planning to use my dryer 14-30 outlet until. Need an extension cord. Any recos where I can get it and what gauge etc?
The dryer outlet is 4 prong with right angle prong at bottom. Photo attached.

Or, if your a bit hand, grab some 6AW wire from HomeDepot (and ends) and make your own.

There are some extensions on Amazon and elsewhere. You'll notice the number of users with issues in the reviews. As a temporary way to stay charged, I'd get the shortest, thickest one you can find, and consider charging at less than 24A to get some safety margin on the cable. It does not take a big flaw in the cable to make a big problem for you.

Yeah, I bought the bulk wire and plug/outlet from Home Depot and made my own. Much cheaper.

I used this one and its been working great along with the adapter from Tesla. There are shorter ones available.

Not sure if you already found what you're looking for but here is a listing for a 14-30 extension cord. It's 30A, 250V, and 10 AWG. Looks like the 10 ft. is out of stock at the moment but there are units in stock for the 25 and 50 ft. The site also has 14-50 and 6-50 cords for EV charging. Hope that helps.
