Extremely loud fan noise from front of car

I have noticed this a few times lately, both after driving when it is hot outside, and right now after charging for several hours in a hot garage.

There is a very loud fan noise coming from the front of the car. It sounds almost as if it is a jet engine taking off. I am guessing that it is the system that cools off the batteries.

Does anyone else have this issue? I didn't notice this issue a few years ago. My car is now 7.5 years old.

I brought mine to service with the same complaint. They diagnosed remotely and replaced the center powered louver. I'm not sure if that's the solution because it hasn't been as hot recently. I still wonder if the software is more sensitive to higher temps, or some battery temp sensor is wearing out. Not sure this comment helps...
